This food industry has developed a customized industrial engineering projects (Smart Project) with us over the past 8 years. For this particular project, they needed to adapt their warehouse spaces to ensure the safe storage of high-value raw materials in accordance with food safety and handling regulations.

Scope of Work

Examine the current space design to gather essential information for the initial assessment and suggest distribution alternatives that comply with safety standards. Upon approval of the most suitable alternative or projection, the detailed construction drawings, plans, and materials list with quantities had to be delivered.

Description

For the development of the basic industrial engineering project  for the warehouse redistribution in a food plant, we began by conducting a 2D planimetric survey of the current area and understanding the details of food safety regulations. Next, we created distribution alternatives in 2D that comply with food safety standards. Once the alternative was approved, we proceeded to create detailed construction drawings. These included civil construction plans, a list of materials and quantities, architectural details, and a 3D model of the project for the final delivery.

Conclusions

This custom engineering industrial project (Smart Project)  was a significant challenge because the space was quite limited, and we had to ensure that the warehouse's raw material inventory could be safely controlled in accordance with regulations.
